Linda Rush - Bio

Linda Rush is President of Rayson & Rush, a research/sourcing firm that has been identifying talent for companies for over 20 years.  Our focus is supplying research support to corporate and executive search firm clients in finding passive talent (candidates who are not actively on the job market) for their organizations.  Our quality research has afforded us the opportunity of working within several industries including; retail, communications, marketing, engineering, architecture, finance, and healthcare, to name just a few.  We’ve researched in many disciplines including sales, operations, manufacturing, human resources, merchandising, advertising, and public relations.   

We are a certified Women's Business Enterprise (WBE) and a research member of AESC.  As a generalist firm with a huge database we have worked extensively for many Fortune 500 companies both nationally and internationally as well as smaller companies.      

We have a staff of researchers so projects are handled effectively and in a timely manner.  We are cost-conscious, efficient and effective in our assignments for our clients.
