Marianne Grady, SPHR - Bio

Marianne Grady is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).  She leads the HR function for a privately held, fully integrated investment and asset management group with over $4 billion in private equity investments and over $2 Billion in hedge fund investments in power generation and transmission.

Marianne is also a speaker and coach in her new company, Rise Above Resources, LLC.  She knows that the MVP’s of any company are self-aware, empowered employees.  She helps her clients be their best by developing a personalized strategy to achieve their goals.  Marianne offers customized workshops and programs on interviewing from the perspective of the job seeker OR the hiring manager. Marianne serves on the Executive Committee of the Jersey Shore Tour de Cure, the American Diabetes Association’s premier cycling event.

As College Relations Director of Staffing Management Association of NJ (SMA-NJ), Marianne is leading a partnership between SMA-NJ and Garden State SHRM to provide a statewide Job Skills Boot Camp program that will help up and coming HR professionals get ready to enter the job market.

She is a member of the Princeton Toastmasters and the National Red Product Team. Marianne is a lifelong learner who is passionate about helping others succeed.
