    The Staffing Management Association of New Jersey (SMA-NJ) website is available to all visitors, although some content is restricted to SMANJ members. We take all reasonable measures to protect the privacy of our visitors.

    All information and services on the SMA-NJ website are made available subject to this Privacy Policy. By using the information and services, you agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by this Privacy Policy.

    This policy will be updated from time to time, so please check back periodically. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will prominently post such changes prior to implementing them.

    Types of Information Collected and How It Is Used

    Individuals are required to complete an application for new or renewing SMANJ Memberships. This application gathers personally identifiable information including personal and professional contact information, such as first and last names, work addresses, e-mail addresses and phone numbers.Information may also be gathered from those wishing to sponsor events or place a posting on the website. Information from these forms is used to provide the information that you request. SMA-NJ will also use this information to periodically send you information, such as meeting announcements or in conducting chapter business with you.

    Access to Member Information

    Personally identifiable information that you provide is maintained solely by select SMA-NJ Board Members and Committee Chairs. SMA-NJ does not sell or rent member addresses or e-mail addresses to third-parties. In addition, the information contained in the website, including member information, is not to be used for solicitation of members or visitors to the site.

    Cookies

    You are ultimately responsible for the security of your SMA-NJ username and password. You may not share this information with non-members so they can access content or features that are restricted to SMA-NJ members. Please ensure that you log out of your browser at the end of each computer session to ensure that others cannot access your personal information and correspondence, especially if you share a computer with someone else or are using a computer in a public place.

    Updating Personal Information

    SMA-NJ members are able to change their personally identifiable information on their own using their username and password and logging into the ‘Membership Profile’ in the ‘Member Forum’ section of the website.
