Branding 2.0 - HR Branding - Connecting the Dots from Culture to Talent Management
On September 16, 2014 the Staffing Management Association of New Jersey held a dinner event for SHRM members and non-members, Branding 2.0 - HR Branding - Connecting the Dots from Culture to Talent Management.
Presented in Florham Park, New Jersey, by Jody Ordioni - Founder, Chief Brand Officer, Brandemix, Jody's major theme was the importance of creating an emotional connection with brand recognition, and how doing so helps creates a value proposition. Brand recognition in talent management is a tool that helps best-in-class organizations improve performance by creating a brand experience or emotion about the organization.
Jody is a frequent speaker at HR conferences and events, who facilitates workshops and training to internal recruitment and leadership teams. Her personal mantra is "one brand" and her mission is to integrate marketing, internal communications and social media to foster a seamless brand experience through the employee lifecycle.
Thank you to our event sponsors: The Rosen Group, Professional Recruiting Consultants and Willis of New Jersey, Inc., Benefits Consultants. 3 HRCI General Credits were awarded for this professional development program.
