The Staffing Management Association of NJ wants to thank our panelists and guests for making our millennial panel a great event. Our attendees enjoyed an insightful and engaging evening led by our Vice President, Michael Kannisto and our panel of young professionals.
Attendees left with an understanding of the expectations, values and career decisions that millennials face while integrating in today’s evolving workforce and also gained insight on how to attract and to re-invent their sourcing strategies to integrate millennials into their corporate culture and workforce.
