"Retention as a Staffing Strategy---Build or Buy"
Presented by a Panel of HR Professionals
Build or Buy?
It's a long-standing question for businesses trying to expand their product lines or market share. But the question has evolved to apply to talent as well.
When it comes to ensuring your company has the people skills it needs today and in the future, is it best to develop your existing employees, or should you turn to the outside for new talent and fresh thinking?
It's a compelling debate, but when the answer is retention, especially in this environment of a perceived talent shortage, what are the strategies and associated tactics that work? From creating progressive work environments that provide for better work/life balance and collegial collaboration to establishing developmental opportunities and challenging work assignments, the means to achieving strong retention numbers is wide ranging.
Which strategies will work for your company?
Join us to hear a panel of HR and Staffing Leaders reveal how their firms have addressed these issues.
The first 40 arrivals to the meeting
will receive a free copy of
