We welcome you to participate in a panel discussion with employed individuals of the Millennial Generation born between 1984-2002.

    Facilitated by Gerry Crispin

Gain insights directly from Millennials on how to enhance a company's ability to attract, engage and retain this complex and talented Generation to an organization.

    Discussion Topics will include:

    • What is important to these elusive, complex and talented individuals when selecting an employer?
    • What are the things that help them make their final selection of an employer of choice?
    • What do they expect from their employers once on board?
    • What are they looking for in the way of career advancement?  Or, are they always looking for their next opportunity outside of their current employer?
    • What can organizations do better to challenge millennials and/or integrate them into the workforce so they stay with their employers for years?

This program will provide insights from Millennials on these topics (and more) to help organizations:

    • Re-invent their Sourcing Strategies to enhance hiring for Millennial Talent
    • Properly Integrate Millennial employees into the workforce/corporate culture
    • Ensure Millennial employees, more wired, interconnected and aware than any generation before them, can be successful and an asset to an organization!

Panelists will consist of five local existing or recently graduated college students:

    • Hilary Bernstein (Economics) Princeton University 2011
    • Stephanie Spelman (Engineering) Stevens Institute 2012
    • Joshua Bagley (Finance) Lehigh University 2014
    • Maria D'Angio (Human Resources) Rutgers University 2014
    • Mark Majewski, (Psychology and Human Resources) Rutgers University 2014

Please plan on joining us for what should prove to be a very informative night!
