Guest Speaker: Michael Moore

Bio: Michael Moore has over 30 years of leadership experience in the recruitment industry, building brands and strategically guiding companies in employment and recruitment services. As Co-Founder, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Recourse Communications, Inc., Mike understands the industry like no other, as he grew from a recruitment sales professional to entrepreneur, acquiring the company in 1986. With 150 employees and six divisions, Mike’s hands-on involvement has provided him with a strong knowledge of workforce planning, recruitment, and human resource technologies. His recruitment expertise has led RCI to anticipate the needs of the HR community. He developed a recruitment advertising agency, national search firm, national recruitment/employment magazine, job fair organization and seminar series among many other products and services. His clear foresight led to his creative 8-step approach to workforce planning and recruitment. Utilizing his intimate knowledge of recruitment, Mike designed a seminar series used as a national educational tool for candidates, successfully led his company into the initial stages of Internet recruitment with bestjobsusa.com, and established a partnership with USA TODAY, publishing the Employment Review career section of the newspaper. Mike also established the RCI Center of Excellence, a national SHRM-certification training program and taught a series of seminars assisting in hiring and retention practices. He lives in South Florida with his wife and two children.
