The Staffing Management Association of New Jersey is the only NJ-based, SHRM-affiliated organization with a focus on recruitment, staffing, and talent management strategies. SMA-NJ was founded in 2004 by Gerry Crispin, SPHR-Principal, CareerXroads. Since its' establishment, our chapter' board members have played a significant role in the staffing and HR community. The SMA-NJ community is represented by members and professionals throughout NJ.

Meeting locations change each time to reach all members and to increase our professional networks. Meeting event locations include Princeton, Somerset, Lyndhurst & Bridgewater.​
