Human Resources professionals perform many roles for the businesses we serve.   Some of those roles are public facing and the entire organization is aware of those responsibilities.  But for many, there is a hidden side of the work we perform.  Negotiating with vendors to get the best solutions within budget, ensuring every new employee has a positive experience, nudging line managers to better clarify their hiring needs in order to improve the organization’s ability to hire the right talent.  It’s the hidden side of HR that we are saluting this year at our 23rd Annual GSC-SHRM Conference.

In October, we’ll once again gather in Atlantic City celebrating, educating and engaging with each other under the theme of Be an HR Super Hero.  We’re planning over 60 concurrent sessions, exciting keynotes and plenty of opportunities for you to learn, share and sharpen your super abilities.
