Field HR Generalist
The Field Human Resources Generalist is responsible for supporting field operations in multiple locations by providing coaching and guidance on HR related business matters to clients including employee relations’ issues, workforce planning, compensation, payroll & benefit administration, safety, HR policy and procedure and employment law practices. You will also provide support to clents in the implementation of the ADP WFN platform and act a project manager for the client and ongoing support afterwards.
Benefits Account Manager
The Benefits Account Manager is responsible to coordinate and manage various Group and Voluntary Insurance plan open enrollment periods, Life Events, COBRA, Billing and Reconciliation for Triton Benefits Brokerage Clients. While traditional enrollment forms are still important to use to capture employee information, the use of technology to handle on-line is equally as important. Understanding online enrollment systems such as ADP WFN or HRB is an important part of the job. It is also essential to have excellent communication and presentation skills.
