    Presented by

    Laurie Murphy,
    CEO/President
    PeopleAreKey, Inc.

During the next several years, some key emerging and accelerating workforce trends will create either increasing challenges or opportunities, depending on whether organizations are informed and being led proactively with foresight, or otherwise. Those that do not anticipate the potential impact of workforce trends and/or begin to plan how to address them will surely compromise their potential for success.

How well is your organization performing today in regard to building an effective talent base that creates high-performing results, and delivers the type of work environment and conditions desired by increasing numbers of workers?  How are you feeling about the future for the organization(s) you serve?  Excited, or Concerned?

This interactive program will provide valuable information and reflection about key workforce trends as well as the opportunity to interact with peers to assess related potential challenges and opportunities, and identify actions that will help to create needed change in organizations, now and/or in the near future.
