    Understanding Workplace Issues Across Generations

    We have up to 5 different generations in today’s workplace. It is important that employers understand the different needs and desires of each to create an effective blended workforce.Are you experiencing issues relating to different values? Different work habits? Different communication styles? Different benefit needs?

    WE CAN HELP!

    We will discuss the characteristics of each generation and provide examples of approaches that will help you develop a cohesive workplace. Through a facilitated discussion with the audience and a panel that includes members from each of these generations, you will learn to understand and best serve them.

    PLEASE INCLUDE ANY QUESTIONS OR ISSUES YOU MAY FACE IN YOUR WORKPLACE RELATED TO GENERATIONAL DIFFERENCES AND WE WILL TRY TO INCLUDE THEM IN THE CONVERSATION.
