On Monday, April 15, 2013 SMA-NJ is organizing "volunteers" to visit the Rutgers University School of Management and Labor Relations in New Brunswick. Our group will facilitate an Interviewing Techniques Workshop for 2013 graduating students.
The format is to provide three 30-minute parts to the Workshop as shown below, rotating the students so each of them has 1 30 minute session of each topic:4
5:45 p.m. Introductions and Kick-off - all students
6:00 p.m. Tips on Preparing for a Job Interview and Networking - student group
6:30 p.m. Resume Review - student one-on-one with an SMA volunteer
7:00 p.m. Mock Interview - student one-on-one with an SMA volunteer
7:30 Wrap-up and Q&A - all students
