    Diversity & Inclusion Update 2016

For organizations to remain competitive in today’s marketplace, building and maintaining a diverse and inclusive workforce are key requirements. This program will explore the latest diversity strategies, information, trends and practical knowledge with an emphasis on which initiatives will have the biggest impact in the workplace in 2016 and beyond.  Join us for an insightful and informative evening.  Engage in discussion and share your experiences and perspectives with colleagues.  Gain practical information, tools and strategies aimed to help you achieve specific changes in the workforce and workplace that are needed to grow the business.

Key topics for the program will include factors most likely to influence diversity in the workplace, such as the diverse population growth-demographic changes, the multigenerational workforce, the global marketplace, an all-inclusive workplace environment, political and religious ideologies and the impact and influence of social media and technology.
